StoryPro provides you with both JSON and RSS feeds of the most recent posts. Platforms such as WordPress and Drupal have plugins that allow you to embed the posts from those feeds on your website.
Developers can write custom integrations to embed the posts into websites and mobile apps. If you do that, ensure to either cache the feeds or load them asynchronously to prevent speed degradation.
You may be using huge images, which makes the rendering of the page feel choppy. It's generally good to keep images under 1 MB to reduce page load speed and accelerate on-page performance. If your images are too large, you can resize them using various online and offline tools.
Video upload is only available with the Premium and Startup plans. Users on the Essential plan can still embed videos from YouTube and Vimeo.
